1. Acceptance
By using Noveline, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Personal-Use License
AEE Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Noveline for personal, lawful purposes, subject to these terms and the rules of the platform from which you obtained the app.
3. Your Journal Content
Your journal content remains yours. You are responsible for what you write, for using Noveline lawfully, and for deciding what you export or share. AEE Studio does not claim ownership of your journal entries.
4. Local Storage and Data Loss
Noveline stores journal content locally on your device and does not currently provide AEE Studio cloud backup or sync. You are responsible for your device and locally stored app data. We cannot guarantee against device failure, operating-system changes, accidental deletion, data corruption, or other data loss.
Deleting Noveline or clearing its local data removes locally stored journal entries. A restored Pro purchase does not restore journal content.
5. Exports
Noveline creates PDF and text exports locally. You are responsible for selecting a destination, protecting exported files, and understanding that a third-party app or service may handle a file after you choose to share it.
6. Noveline Pro
Noveline Pro is a one-time lifetime purchase, not a subscription. It includes additional themes, typography personalization, alternate app icons, and On This Day. “Lifetime” refers to continued access for the lifetime of the supported Noveline product, subject to platform availability, compatibility, these terms, and applicable law.
Purchases, entitlement verification, restoration, and refund eligibility are handled through Apple App Store or Google Play under the applicable store's policies. Pro feature availability may evolve over time.
7. Prohibited Misuse
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, interfere with, or misuse Noveline except where applicable law expressly permits it. You may not use the app to violate law or the rights of others.
8. Intellectual Property
Noveline, AEE Studio branding, interface design, software, text, icons, and related materials are owned by AEE Studio or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you.
9. Availability and Changes
We may update Noveline to improve quality, compatibility, security, or features. Features may change, be delayed, or become unavailable, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation on every device or operating-system version.
10. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, Noveline is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from data loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AEE Studio is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from using or being unable to use Noveline, including loss of locally stored journal content. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded remains subject to applicable law.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use as Noveline evolves. The revised terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If a change is material, we will communicate it where reasonably appropriate.
