Before deleting the app: Deleting Noveline also deletes locally stored journal entries. A restored Pro purchase does not restore journal content.
Writing and Midnight Lock
You can write one entry for the current local calendar day. At midnight, that day's entry becomes locked. Past entries cannot be changed, and a missed day cannot be filled later.
Basic Troubleshooting
If Noveline is not behaving as expected, close and reopen the app, confirm that your device date and time are correct, and check that you are using the latest available version. Restarting the device may also resolve temporary platform issues.
Do not uninstall the app as a troubleshooting step unless you accept losing locally stored journal entries.
Purchase or Restore Pro
Use Restore Purchase while signed into the same Apple App Store or Google Play account used for the original purchase. Store availability and restoration are controlled by the applicable platform.
A restored purchase can restore Pro entitlement, but it cannot restore local journal content.
PDF and Text Exports
Exports are created locally. When an export is ready, choose where to save or share it using your device's share sheet. Keep exported files somewhere you trust; Noveline cannot recover a file after another app or service takes control of it.
Reminders
If a reminder does not arrive, confirm that notifications are enabled for Noveline in your device settings and that the reminder time is still active in the app. Focus, Do Not Disturb, battery, and operating-system settings may affect delivery.
