1. Acceptance
These terms apply to your use of Fitsake, a personal size-memory application provided by AEE Studio. By using Fitsake, you agree to these terms and to the app-store terms that apply to your download and purchases.
2. What Fitsake Does
Fitsake lets you save and retrieve your own records about brands, products, sizes, and fit experiences. It is a memory utility, not professional sizing, medical, tailoring, or purchasing advice.
Garment and shoe sizes can vary between brands, models, manufacturing runs, and over time. A previous saved fit does not guarantee that a future item will fit. Fitsake does not guarantee universal size compatibility.
3. Your Content and Device
Fitsake depends on the information you enter. You are responsible for its accuracy and legality and for the images you save or share. Do not use Fitsake to store or distribute content you do not have the right to use.
Fitsake is local-first and does not provide an AEE Studio cloud backup. You are responsible for your device, its backups, and any exports you choose to share.
4. Fitsake Pro
Where offered, Fitsake Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. It is not a subscription. Price, payment, refunds, family sharing, availability, and restoration are also governed by Apple App Store or Google Play terms.
A purchase on one platform does not promise entitlement on every other platform. Store availability and a valid store account may be required to purchase or restore.
5. Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, violate another person's rights, or use Fitsake in violation of applicable law.
6. Intellectual Property
Fitsake, its software, original artwork, branding, and documentation are owned by AEE Studio or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. References that users enter to third-party brands do not imply endorsement or affiliation.
7. Availability and Changes
AEE Studio may maintain, update, or discontinue parts of Fitsake as permitted by applicable law. The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, AEE Studio disclaims implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AEE Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of Fitsake, lost local data, a sizing or purchase decision, or content shared at your direction. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited only to the extent the law permits.
9. Platform Terms
Apple's or Google's terms also apply where you obtain Fitsake or make an in-app purchase. If these terms conflict with mandatory law or applicable platform terms, those requirements control to the required extent.
10. Changes to These Terms
AEE Studio may update these terms. The revised version will appear on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means acceptance where permitted by law.
