1. Overview
Fitsake is a personal size-memory application provided by AEE Studio. Fitsake does not require or create a user account and does not provide AEE Studio cloud sync.
2. Information Stored on Your Device
Fitsake can store profile names, fit records, brands, categories, models, sizes, fit ratings, notes, optional profile avatars, optional fit photos, and app preferences. This information is stored in Fitsake's local app storage on your device.
AEE Studio does not operate a server that receives this app content. Your profiles, fit records, photos, avatars, and preferences are not uploaded to AEE Studio.
3. Photos and Camera
If you choose to add an image, Fitsake can use the system photo picker or camera. The selected or captured file is copied into Fitsake's local app storage and associated with the fit or profile you selected. Fitsake does not upload or analyze these images.
4. Sharing
Sharing happens only when you request it. Fitsake generates a temporary share image locally and opens the operating-system share sheet. You choose the receiving app, service, or person, and their handling of the shared item is governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
5. Purchases
Fitsake Pro is offered as a one-time in-app purchase. Apple App Store or Google Play processes the transaction under its own terms and privacy policy. Fitsake receives the product and transaction status needed to unlock or restore Pro and stores a local entitlement flag.
AEE Studio does not receive your payment-card information. Platform transaction records are controlled by Apple or Google.
6. Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking
The current Fitsake app contains no AEE Studio analytics, advertising, or tracking SDK and does not use an advertising identifier. Apple, Google, your device, or a share destination may process operational data under their own policies.
7. Retention and Deletion
You can permanently delete saved fits through Fitsake. You can also delete eligible secondary profiles, which removes their managed records and media. Fit photos and profile avatars can be removed or replaced through the relevant app actions.
Local information remains until you remove it through Fitsake, clear the app's data, or uninstall the app, subject to normal operating-system behavior and device backups. Uninstalling normally removes Fitsake's app-local data.
Deleting local data or uninstalling cannot delete Apple or Google transaction records. Contact the relevant platform about those records.
8. Security
Fitsake relies on the operating system's app sandbox and platform security. No storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Protect access to your device and avoid sharing information you do not want a selected recipient to receive.
9. Children
Fitsake does not create user accounts or offer a public community. It is a general consumer utility and is not designed to solicit personal information from children.
10. Changes
AEE Studio may update this policy when Fitsake's behavior or legal requirements change. The revised policy will appear on this page with a new effective date.
